RELEVANT PROGRAMME AND PROJECT EXPERIENCE

•EPRM (2015), Programme manager Evidence-based Policy Research Methods, blended learning training programme, first completed programme run September-December 2015.

•COLA (2014-2015), Programme manager Community of Learning for Africa (funded by UNU-MERIT/Mnistry of Foreign Affairs). Online community for African PhD students. Awarded with SWOL funding (October 2014), and WUN funding (December 2015)

•RMS (2011-2012-2013), Research methods and research skills, Programme management on behalf of MGSoG in a joint 12 week NUFFIC funded training module offered to nationals from developing countries to prepare them for enrolling in a PhD programme, joint programme with The Maastricht School of Management and MGSOG.

•ISPS (2006-2013), International Social Protection Study Programme, funded by GIZ (Germany). Programme manager of two modules of the long-term training project of South-East Asian managers in Social Protection  (before called Industrieland training).

•Public Sector Training programme for Russian Civil Servants  (2009-2010),  Programme manager on behalf of MGSoG, Cooperation project between Worldbank / DFID / Russian Ministry of Economics / Moskow Higher School of Economics.  

•European Commission Marie Curie ESPP PhD programme (2005-2009), management of the 5th framework Early Stage Learning programme, with duration of 4 years and budget 2,2 million euro.

•Consultant for the Moldovan Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (long term project, 2000-2002). Assist local staff on component Policy Monitoring, Evaluation and Advice of the WB Social Protection Financing project.

•Consultant for UNDP. Working for the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (short term project). Commenting on the Annual Social Report 2000, Lithuania

•Consultant for the Moldovan Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (short term project). Assisting in development of the Moldovan Annual Social Report, during a visiting period in Lithuania, Lithuania (2000).

•Consultant for the World Bank. Working on the "Social Protection Management Programme" (long term project, 1999-2000). Development of the Social Protection Financing project, component Policy Monitoring, Evaluation and Advice.

•World bank, researcher for the project "Analysis of the Pension Survey in Moldova” (short term project, Moldova (1999).

•Co-active coach, completed CTI courses in Fundamentals (October 2012), Fulfillment (March 2013) and Balance (October 2013), Synergy (September 2013).  Education completed.
